Payguru process the refunds as credit top-ups for the prepaid customers as cancellation of the invoice entry for the postpaid users through the interfaces provided by the operators. If you are a prepaid user, you will see the “top-up” amount in your mobile prepaid account. If you are a postpaid user, you may not even see a corresponding transaction in your mobile phone bill if the refund is made before your periodical invoicing date. If the refund is made after you receive the invoice, the refund amount is deducted from your next phone bill.
